The NHL on Wednesday announced five Buffalo Sabres games postponed because of COVID-19 problems have been rescheduled and two other dates on the 2021-22 schedule have been moved so the team can complete its 82-game schedule by April 29.
The updated schedule:
– The home game against the Columbus Blue Jackets originally scheduled for Dec. 20 will now be played at 7 p.m. on Feb. 10.
– The home game against the Colorado Avalanche originally scheduled for Dec. 22 will now be played at 1 p.m. on Feb. 19
– The road game against the Blue Jackets originally scheduled for Dec. 23 will now be played at 6 p.m. on Feb. 20.
– The home game against the New York Islanders originally scheduled for Dec. 27 will now be played at 7 p.m. on Feb. 15.
– The road game against the Montreal Canadiens originally scheduled for Jan. 8 will now be played at 12:30 p.m. on Feb. 13. That’s Super Bowl Sunday.
– The home game against the Ottawa Senators originally scheduled for April 20 will now be played at 7 p.m. on Feb. 17.
– The road game against the Canadiens originally scheduled for April 26 will now be played at 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 23.
